若口試結束已向系辦提出畢業申請後，請在校務行政系統提出離校手續(校務行政系統→離校作業)後，有兩種情況：

If you have applied for graduation with the department office after completing the oral defense, please log in Student Information System (Students->Graduation->Steps for Application to Leave School)
There are two scenarios:
一、本學期還有課程(包含論文課程) If you still have courses this semester(including thesis courses)

須等教師繳交成績截止後方可領取學位證書，且離校關卡所有審核單位都已審核完畢，亦即各單位審核處出現「已通過」(含註冊組)，才可前往註冊組領取學位證書(持學生證及論文1本及比對論文資料各1份)。

You must wait until the faculty have submitted the final grades before you can collect your diploma. Additionally, all review units involved in the departure process must have completed their reviews, indicated by a "Passed" status (including the Registration Office). Only then can you go to the Registration Office to collect your diploma (bring your student ID card, one copy of your thesis, and one set of thesis comparison materials).

二、本學期沒有課程 If you have no courses this semester:

所有審核單位都已審核完畢，亦即各單位審核處出現「已通過」(含註冊組)，才可前往註冊組領取學位證書(持學生證及論文1本及比對論文資料各1份)。
All review units involved in the departure process must have completed their reviews, indicated by a "Passed" status (including the Registration Office). Only then can you go to the Registration Office to collect your diploma (bring your student ID card, one copy of your thesis, and one set of thesis comparison materials).

三、提出離校手續前先填寫校友資料，請前往校務行政系統→校友資料庫

Before taking Steps for Application to Leave School, please fill out the alumni information in the Administrative System → Alumni Database.

四、領取學位證書請攜帶:(Please bring the following documents to receive your diploma:)

1. 論文平裝本1本(Thesis/Dissertation)
2. 比對論文檢核表正本(Thesis/Dissertation Comparison Result Checklist)(with student and advisor and chair signatures)
3. 論文原創性比對報告書(經指導教授親自簽名)正本(Thesis originality comparison report)(with advisor signatures)
4. 學生證(Student card)
5. 非本人親自領取需附委託書和雙方證件影本(If you do not pick it up in person, you must attach a letter of authorization and copies of both parties’ID card or ARC.)
