1. Summer Make-up Courses

If you need to take summer make-up courses to fulfill credit requirements (note:inter-university course selection enrollments are only valid after being registered with the Curriculum Section), please notify your department office by May 10. • If you wish to have your degree certificate mailed, please fill in the mailing envelope and collect the degree certificate holder in advance.

2. Course Credit Recognition

If you have taken inter-university course selection or courses from other departments and wish to have them recognized as General Education credits or department-required credits, please apply in advance to avoid delays in the graduation review process.

3. Summer Grade Processing

Once summer session grades are officially recorded, each department will review whether students meet graduation requirements. This process takes approximately 3 work days.

4. Certificate Status Check

Please log in to:
Administration System → Student Information System → School-Leaving System → Check Certificate Status
to verify whether your certificate is ready for collection or has been mailed.

If you are only missing graduation threshold requirements and are able to fulfill them before the first day of the new semester, please notify your department office in advance. The department will compile the information and inform the Registration Section. Students who pass the threshold review will be recognized as graduates of the current term.

2. University-Level Threshold Review

The university-level threshold review is conducted via paper documentation. Please bring your passing scores or certificates to your department office and the Mount Dawu College for processing.

3. Department-Level Threshold Review

III. Students Who Do Not Meet Graduation Requirements

Students who fail to fulfill all graduation requirements by the end of the summer session will be considered degree-extending students (also known as a delayed graduate).

  • In the following semester, degree-extending students are required to enroll in at least one course in accordance with university regulations.
  • Students must also complete the registration and tuition payment procedures for that semester.
