Application Methods
All application materials can be submitted through three methods:
I. Online Application System 
II. Mail-in Application
(Include application form, required attachments, money order, and a self-addressed return envelope)
- Applicants submitting by mail should prepare all required documents along with a money order and a self-addressed return envelope (size: A4 or larger). Please mail during post office business hours. Address the envelope to: Registration Section, National Pingtung University.
- Money orders must be obtained from the post office. The payee name should be written as "國立屏東大學". Please calculate the required amount yourself. (See the money order sample image for reference.
) - The self-addressed return envelope must have sufficient postage of NT$36 or more affixed (actual postage amount is determined by weight at the post office).
- If registered mail is requested but postage is insufficient, the university will automatically downgrade delivery to express mail or regular mail, neither of which allows tracking of delivery status.

III. In-Person Application
(Bring the application form, required attachments, and cash)
Walk-in applicants should visit during regular weekday office hours (8:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:00) at 2F, Wuyu Building, Minsheng Campus.
- If processing takes a specified number of business days, documents cannot be collected immediately. You may bring a self-addressed return envelope (A4 size) and the completed documents will be mailed to you.
- For in-person pickup, please return after the required number of business days with a valid ID. The office will not send individual notifications.
📄 Letter of Authorization – Download (If applying on behalf of someone else, a Letter of Authorization and copies of both parties' identification documents are required.)
