Graduation Procedures & Regulations

1. English Name Confirmation
Please ensure your official English name is confirmed and finalized by April 30.

2. Degree Certificate Holder Collection
Please collect your degree certificate holder by April 30. Failure to collect by this deadline will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no replacement or late collection will be accepted.

3. Degree Certificate — Mailing or In-Person Collection
The university will distribute blank mailing envelopes during the Spring Semester of Year 4 for graduates to fill in their mailing address. Graduates who submit a completed envelope will have their certificate mailed by the university. Graduates who do not submit an envelope must collect their certificate in person at the Registration Section.

4. School-Leaving Clearance Application
The Registration Section will submit the school-leaving clearance procedures on behalf of all graduates. Students may check their clearance status by navigating to:

Administration System → Student Information System → School-Leaving System → Check Certificate Status

5. Alumni Data Submission
All graduates are required to complete the alumni information form between May 10 and May 30 via the following path:

Administration System → Alumni Information System → Alumni Database → Submit Alumni Data

6. Requirements for Certificate Collection or Mailing

To be eligible to receive your degree certificate (by mail or in person), all of the following conditions must be met:

  • ✅ You have completed the minimum years of study as stipulated by university regulations.
  • ✅ All grades for the current semester have been officially recorded (students may check via the Administration System).
  • ✅ All off-campus clearance procedures have been completed by the relevant units (the Registration Section checkpoint does not need to be cleared separately). Status can be checked via the  Administration System.
  • ✅ All required department-level and university-level graduation thresholds have been passed.

7. Re-Review of Credits Due to Academic Irregularities

Graduates who are enrolled in courses this semester and have any of the following recorded — exam disqualification, failing grade, course withdrawal, or non-pass — will have their credits sent back to their original department for re-review, regardless of whether the affected courses are graduation requirements. The re-review process takes approximately one week, which will delay the issuance of the degree certificate.
